Fish fry

½ kg Fish boneless
1 tbsp garlic powder (optional)
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp garam masala powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp grounded pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste

cooking oil to fry the fish



Mix all the ingredients together and marinate the fish for at least 1 hour


Heat oil and deep fry the fish.

Don't add any gram or corn flour it forms a thick outside  skin layer.
